Natural Fitness 75cm Professional Burst-Resistant Exercise Ball
It looks like the size for the inflation is either off or the ball just doesnt get to that size. all the internet sites say 75 cm diameter and 236 cm circumference, i have measured this and i am a little off as far as the diameter

After being a “couch potato” for too many years, I am beginning an exercise program to increase core strength and lose some weight. The reviews convinced me to buy this one. (I have the olive color.) I inflated it 80% on the first day, like the instructions said, and over the next 2 days increased it to the full size. (I thought it was full until I checked the exercise ball at my physical therapist.) The stopper comes out easily to add air, and I haven’t had to add air again in the first week. (We did end up using a bicycle pump because it was faster than the one that was included.) I am 5’7″ and this ball seems just right for me. I like the texture because it doesn’t pick up dirt and is not too slick. The thing is, my kids want to play with this ball.

I’m about 5’8″ and this has been a back saver. I used to sit in an office chair for over 8 hours per day, which was killing my lower back. Ever since I have switched to the ball my back problems have disappeared.

The ball does absolutely what it’s advertised to do. The only reason for not being 5 stars is that the online amazon description said nothing about having to be over 6’2” to properly use this ball. Most online websites say 6′ for the 75 cm ball… however when the ball arrived the packaging said 6’2”, and trust me, the packaging is correct. I am 6′ tall and I cannot properly do all of the exercises because of the size of the ball (don’t trust the balls at your local gym, they’re probably underinflated…). Nice ball though, good color, dog hair does not stick to it.
The hand pump does take a while, probably 20 minutes to inflate, but just think of it as exercise.

I bought this fitness ball while I was pregnant, to help in the early stages of labour at home. I did use it for that purpose, but I have used it so much more since the baby has been born. Holding my baby while bouncing up and down on the ball is like magic for calming my baby and putting her to sleep when she is fussy. Worth every penny! Plus, I will use it to actually exercise and lose the baby weight now. Also, we have a dog, and there is hair everywhere, but it does not stick to the ball.
