Don’t despair.
t happens to just about everyone. Beginners get revved up for change, but feel paralyzed by too much information. Family and friends seem determined to sabotage our efforts. We try and flounder. We stay on track for a while, but suddenly find we’ve lost interest, lost steam, lose our support network, lose a training buddy, lose or change jobs. We try a new, healthful eating plan, but soon tire of the food.
