What is the Lighten Up NH! Alliance
The alliance is a group of agencies, organizations, concerned individuals, and other stake holders that will help provide research, information, resources and best practices to be available on the Lighten Up NH website.

Alliance Vision
Working together with partners throughout the state, Lighten Up NH! will reduce the incidence of obesity in New Hampshire by promoting healthy eating and active living.

Alliance Goal
The overall goal of the Alliance is the establishment of a statewide Lighten Up NH! collaborative that brings together agencies, organizations, concerned individuals, and other stakeholders to address the problem of obesity in New Hampshire using research-based information and practices.
